Responsible for setting and scaling up the home loan business in the given location.
Market segmentation & penetration.
Deliver Financial goals for the business and identify opportunities for Growth
To monitor the progress of branch
Planning and recruitment of manpower.
Building up distribution network.
Establishing builder & corporate relationship.
Promoting brand identity in the region
Monitoring sales & marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales
and accomplish revenue strategies
Analysing market trends, tracking competitor's activities, accordingly implementing and
organizing promotional events etc.
Monitoring the Branch Infra and launching branch
To meet revenue and profit targets for branch
Well versed in Sales / Credit / Collection / Operations/ Accounts
To strengthen the branch team qualitatively to meet revenue targets and achieve maximum
productivity
To achieve record sales through new customer segments
To inculcate timely and accurate communication to enable employees to achieve their
targets
To foster high degree of team spirit and camaraderie
To keep abreast of market dynamics and industry updates and disseminate it in a structured
manner across locations, leveraging it as MIS
